Refund policy

30-Day Return Window 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your OEM Motion purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All included accessories, cables, and documentation must be present
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at oemmotion@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address
  3. We email you a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us, you pay nothing
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds are issued in full. Nothing is deducted — no restocking fee, no shipping charge. Shipping to you was free and the return is free, so you get back 100% of what you paid.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different unit or different compatibility version), contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll help find the right replacement and process the exchange once the original item is returned.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
  • Items with missing components or original packaging
  • Products purchased as clearance or final sale

Warranty

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, physical damage, or water damage.
